About Coffee 23

Coffee 23 was created as an experiment to explore how AI can improve coffee drink discovery by combining natural language understanding with a structured dataset.

Instead of browsing categories or applying filters, simply describe the kind of coffee you're looking for, such as "something sweet", "strong coffee", or "cold drink for summer". AI matches your request against a curated database of coffee recipes and characteristics.

Unlike a general-purpose AI chatbot, Coffee 23 recommends only drinks from its curated database. AI is used to understand your request and find the closest matching options, not to invent recipes.

Coffee 23 is an open-source project available on GitHub.
